Fishing Report for June 19,2016
Today was a blessed day on the Rogue. Maybe they are starting to show up because almost every boat had 1 or 2 fish and had a pull down. It’s been like this for the last 2 to 3 days and they are getting a few in the bay. I hope and pray it will pick up and become consistent so that I can repeat today’s performance with you. I had a wonderful couple from Minnesota and we had such a great time. The weather is nice and cool and it’s a good way to beat the Heat. So, give me a call and let me see if I can put smiles on your faces like I did with this couple☺
Fishing Report for May 03, 2016
The fish are finally starting to show up. We have had four good days out of 5 in the last week. The bite started Friday afternoon and Saturday, was off Sunday, on Monday and today for 3 hours the fish came through here on the Rogue. We had 12 line bumps, 6 bites landed 5 and released 3. We where able to keep these nice ones at 14lb to 15lb and I’m hoping and praying it will continue. Today was a lot of fun and wish you were here to share it with me. Last week it was looking like a poor run of fish but after today, maybe not!
Fishing Report for March 20, 2016
Brenda was shaking like a leaf by the time we got it in the net. It was a beautiful 27-28 pound fish. Being a wild, we had to release it, but they are here and beautiful. There was 6 or 7 pound Hatchery fish caught yesterday. I hope to have one soon. It’s time to start thinking about booking your Spring trip starting next week. Looking forward to your call!
Well it isn’t a Chinook but it’s a beautiful Steelhead, about nine or ten pounds chrome on chrome bright. Not a bad day so far on the Rogue. They seem to love my bait today. It’s windy and rainy but cozy inside and what a bless day it is!

Too surely I must have found favor in God’s eyes. He blessed me with a fantastic day and a fantastic group of people. We landed 10 out of 12 bites on the Umpqua today and I still have openings for next week and the following week. You might want to strike while the iron hot. Looking forward to hearing from you. Have a great day!

It was a beautiful day on the Umpqua today. We were blessed 8 out of 11. Fishing is getting better every day. Yesterday I had 2 clients and 3 fish. Today I had 4 clients and 8 fish. It does not get any better than this. I have great new friends and a memory that will last a lifetime. I have openings starting next week. Come and cool down here on the southern oregon coast and have some fun.

I had another blessed day on the Rogue. We had fish ranging from 23 lb to 30 lb in 6 1/2 hrs. They had to drive to the valley. The Rogue is still the best river for fishing on the Southern Oregon Coast. The Umpqua is just starting to get going. As soon as the fishing is out on the Rogue, I will be there at the Umpqua. It sure is nice over here and have I openings for next week. Love to see you!

Today was a slow day on the Rogue. We were blessed to have a 21lb. jack and a perch. Still put me at 1 fish per person if we count Jacks. Had low pressure move over us today and I think that is what shut them down. They were rolling all over, 100s possibly 1000s of them but didn’t want to bite. Hopefully they will bite better tomorrow.
Fishing Report for July 24, 2015
Today I had a 1/2 day trip and we landed these 2 fish, 1 was 30lb and 1 16lb here on the Rogue. It was a beautiful day with lots of memory making that I would love to share with you.

Even on slow days we’re still able to catch beautiful fish like this 24 pounder here on the Rogue Bay. Most of us are average in 1 per client. If you’re tired of the heat you might want to come in enjoy feisty fight. This fish took a hundred and eighty five feet its first run. You can’t beat that for excitement and it should do nothing but pick up. Water temp was 73.5 when I came off today.

Another blessed day on the Coquille. We tagged out by 1:00pm. It was a lot of fun. I love the Southern Oregon Coast because within a 1/2 to 1 hour you can be on a river that is catching fish almost year round. Have a good day.
